She married Loyd Parker on November 4, 1951 in Shamrock, TX. They lived in Collingsworth County until 1964 when they moved to Cal Farleys Boys Ranch where they were house parents until moving to Dalhart in 1977, Loyd died in 1988. Evelyn was a member of the First Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Judy and Carl Sisco of Dalhart, TX and daughter, Diane Parker of Dalhart, a brother, Eugene Winegeart of Pampa, TX. 5 Grandchildren: DeeAnne Sisco of Amarillo, TX, Jimmie Lou Stanford and Chris Simmans of Amarillo, TX Carla Sisco and Shawn Harper of Dalhart, TX, Lacey Stanford of Dalhart, TX and Catherine Stout and her husband Luke of Canyon, TX. 11 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
