Thompson - 96, died Sunday, October 15, 2006 in Dumas, Texas - Graveside Services were held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 in Memorial Park Cemetery with Rusty Hancock, Pastor of the Lincoln Street Baptist Church officiating. - Under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home Dalhart, Texas Those left behind to cherish her memories include a son: Curtis and his wife Jackie Thompson of Walsenburg, Colorado. A daughter-in-law : Marty Thompson of Dumas, Texas Two sisters: Annie Hoffman of Waco, Texas and Bessie Lee Lambert of Pasadena, Texas One brother Bill Thompson of Merryville, Louisiana 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her husband: Floyd Thompson 4 sons: Floyd Jr., Richard, Ray and Alvin Jew Thompson. 3 sisters: Cynthia Thompson, Bertha Mysell Thompson and Nelda Thompson. 1 brother: Edward Thompson and 3 grandchildren.Eula D. Thompson was born to Edmond B. and Vocia (Mitchell) Thompson on October 5th, 1910 in Mt. Calm, Texas. Eula was a long time resident of Dalhart before moving to Dumas in March of 1996.
