Esther Hutton, 103, died Thursday, March 8, 2012 in College Station, TX. Graveside Services were held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, Texas. Arrangements by Horizon Funeral Home Officiating was Kevin Phillips, Pastor, Lakeview United Methodist ChurchEsther L. Boynton was born January 9, 1909 in Sayre, Ok to Walter and Mary (Wood) Boynton. On April 15, 1934 she married Neal Hutton in the Pine Street Methodist Church where they were both members. Neal died in 1984 and in the early 90s Ester moved to Plainview, and then to College Station in 2000. Esther is survived by her daughter Ruth and her husband Carl Weidenbach of College Station, TX a son Kent and his wife Cay Hutton of Hawaii, a sister Billie Calvert of Santa Fe, NM , 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews including one living locally Jackie Vinson.
