Mass was held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at St. Anthonys Catholic Church in Dalhart, TX. Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home, Dalhart, TX.Officiating: Father Scott L. Raef, Minister St. Anthonys Catholic Church Dalhart, TXEsther Marquez was born June 30, 1920 to Reyes and Rebecca Garcia Marquez in Currumpaw, New Mexico. She attended school in Currumpaw and moved to Clayton, NM in 1937 and married Adolph Garcia. They lived there until 1963 when they moved to Dalhart. Esther worked in the laundry at the hospital. Esther was a member of St. Anthonys Catholic Church. She is survivored by her Husband: Adolph Garcia of Dalhart ,Sons: Danny, Lawrence, and Junior Garcia all of Dalhart, Tommy Garcia Amarillo Daughters: Dolores Pacheco, Becky Romero, Shirley Luera, Virginia Encinias, Paula Isbell, All of Dalhart Cleo Pena, and Judy Gallegos of Amarillo and Gloria Chavira of Princeton, TX Sister: Peggy Montoya:, Des Moines, NM 159 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her Parents , four sons, one daughter, two sisters and one brother
