John Eric Shackelford was born February 19, 1977 in Dumas, TX to Sam and Marie (Lucero) Shackelford. Raised in Dumas, Dalhart and Arizona Eric was very funny and fun loving to those who knew him. His heart was full of laughter, love and KindnessEric worked odd jobs around town and touched the hearts of those he met. He made work fun and could turn a bad day to good by his recognizable laugh. Anyone who knew Eric will miss him deeply. Erics kind laughing self was his legacy.
