Tortillas were her specialty. Boy did she spoil the grandkids. Always taking their side. Sat & Maria our parents were married in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Honeymooned in Dalhart & loved it so much they settled. Maria Quintana known by most as Edie or Eddy & always ready to help anyone in need. She so loved the Catholic Church & Crusillo movement Jesus was #one 1 way. Eternal rest be granted unto her our Lord & let your light shine upon her.
