Donnie R. Brock, age 90 years old, passed away at Coon Memorial Home March 16, 2025.

Donnie was born September 18, 1934, in Floyd County, Texas and was the son of the late Thomas E. "Jake" and Clara (Pope) Brock. He retired from Southwestern Public Service Company (now Xcel Energy) in 1995 after 35 years of service.

In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce (Paschall) Brock; and his brother, John Henry Brock. He is survived by his son, Christopher J. Brock; and daughter, Donna Ann Whitsett; three grandchildren: Justin and James Whitsett, and Piper Brock; two great-grandsons: Tyler and Andrew.

Donnie was interred privately at Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart. A memorial service honoring his life will be held at a future date.
