Dixie Jean Wilkinson, 77, died Sunday, April 10, 2016 in Dumas, TX.A Graveside Memorial service was held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Memorial Park Cemetery with Jeremy McMorris, Liberty Baptist Church officiating. Dixie Jean Fowler was born December 4, 1939 in Whitney, TX to Victor and Dorothy (Pryor) Fowler. In 1951 she moved to Dalhart and on June 26, 1958 she married Harold Wilkinson. Dixie was a faithful and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting, babysitting and being with her family. Survivors include her husband Harold of Dalhart, son Tim Wilkinson of Dalhart, TX a daughter Charlin Romero of Monahans, TX and grandsons: Christopher Zambrano of Dalhart, TX, Brandin Romero and Gavin Romero of Monahans, TX, a sister Mary Perkins of Dalhart,TX Preceded in death by parents and 3 brothers.
