Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, TX.Delma Ruiz was born April 11, 1974 in Memphis, Texas to Ramiro and Connie Ruiz, she married Gilbert Valdez on February 19, 2008 in Dalhart, TX. Delma was a very loving and giving person whos love for family and friends could be seen in her smile and attitude. She loved family and enjoyed being with them whenever or wherever she could. Delma was the GLUE that all of her family counted on! Survivors include her husband Gilbert, sons Nathan and Jacob and a daughter Desiree all of Dalhart, TX her parents Connie and Ramiro Ruiz of Dalhart, TX. 3 brothers: Ramiro Ruiz Jr, Anthony Deleon, and Robert Chavez all of Dalhart, TX sister: Rachael of Dallas, TX
