Johnson was born June 6, 1981 in Santa Rosa, CA. an avid reader and poet he had a giving heart and loved to help his friends in need. David liked music, especially old school: and loved to play chess and video games. Survivors include his mother and stepfather Kealoha C Johnson & Jarvis Johnson of Dalhart, TX, a brother Eliseo P. Jacquez and wife Deanna of Amarillo, TX, a sister Nalea C Black and husband Steve of Eagle Mountain, Utah, his grandmother Leilani Cancilla-Hess of Orem, Utah and a step sister Tamisha Simon of Baker, LA and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
