Danny Lee Thomas, 61, died on Friday, September 7, 2018 in Dalhart, Texas. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Denver St. Church of Christ, Dalhart, TX. Arrangements by Horizon Funeral Home, Dalhart, TX. Danny was born on May 31, 1957 in Denver, CO to Frank B. Thomas Jr. & Deedie (Stovall) Thomas. He married Rhonda Marquez in Dalhart on July 2, 2005. Danny served in the US Army and was a Correctional Officer at the Dalhart Unit. He loved to study the Bible and enjoyed leading singing at church. He enjoyed playing the guitar, watching movies, playing games, going on walks when he was able. He also loved fishing! Danny will be missed by everyone that loved and knew him. Danny is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda of Dalhart, TX his mother, Deedie Thomas of Amarillo, TX, his brother Frank B. Thomas, III, 2 nephews and 1 niece.
