Danny Smith, 52, died Sunday, March 15, 2009 in Dalhart, TX.Danny Ray Smith was born January 17, 1957 in Amarillo, Tx to Weldon Leroy "Sonny"and Emma Lee Palmer Smith.Graveside services were held Monday, March 16, 2009 at 3:00 at Memorial Cemetery inDalhart.He married Ruthie McClain April 27, 2007. He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents Garland and Pluma LeePalmer, Dade and Lula Lee Smith.Survivors include his wife; his mother; a son Rance McClain of Dalhart; threesisters Stephanie Finley, Carrie Usher both of Dalhart; Lisa Thompson of Whitewrightand a brother Lesley Smith of Texline; two grandson's, numerous nieces and nephews.
