Chris Griego was born March 6, 1934 in Pasamonte, NM to Antonio and Hilaria (Vigil) Griego. He graduated from Clayton High School in 1953 and on January 7, 1955 he married Belva Larsen. Chris worked for Elias Zielke, Ray McNabb, and John Hancock as a service station attendant at their full service gas stations and for 35 years he worked for Barber Oil before working for Langen Ford and United Grocery. His hobbies included bowling (mens team and travel league couples). He was a member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge for 36 years. Member of Jack Culbertson Sunday School Class at Lakeview United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife Belva of Dalhart, TX sons: Chris Griego and his wife Sandie of Allen, TX Bill Griego and his wife Judy of Garland, TX Lee Allen Griego and wife Nicol of Henderson, TX Jimmy Griego and his wife Kathy of Texarkana, TX. Sisters: Esther Mireles of Ft. Morgan, CO. Alice and husband Paul Gallegos of Rocky Ford, CO.
