Charles Arnold Ringo, 71, died on Monday, December 11, 2006 in Dalhart, TX Graveside Services were held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 13th, 2006 in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart, TX With Father Scot Raef - Under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home Dalhart, Texas Charles Arnold Ringo was born February 16, 1935 in Dallam County to Arch and Doris (Stutsman) Ringo. Raised in Dalhart, he graduated from Dalhart High School in 1952 and served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. On April 28, 1962 he married Pauline Ortega. Mr. Ringo ran a service station, retired from the Coca Cola Bottling Company and in 1998 he retired from Dallam County where he did the maintenance at the Dallam County Courthouse. Charles loved his wife and kids and adored his grand kids and great-grandkids. Survivors include - His wife Pauline of Dalhart, Texas son Charlie of Dalhart, TX daughter Tammy Haschke of Dalhart, TX Sisters: Wanda Ritchey of Dumas, TX & Annie Short of Vidor, TX - Brothers: Kenneth Ringo of Dumas, TX and Elvin Ringo of Dalhart, TX - 4 grandchildren Davia Rhea, Michael Rhea, Chasen Haschke, Raven Haschke - - 2 Great-grandchildren Alicen Turner & Kreeli Turner all of Dalhart, TX Preceded in death by his parents.
