Charles Frederick, 74, died Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Dalhart, Texas.A memorial service will be announced later. Charles Samuel Frederick was born October 7, 1942 in Washington Court House, Ohio to Miles and Ida (Forsha) Frederick. Mr. Frederick was raised in Washington Court House. He entered the US Army in the early sixties. On December 27, 1965 he married Evelyn Walters, they were stationed all over the world before his honorable discharge in 1978 and they moved to Colorado. Charles loved fishing, camping, old movies, animals, and TV but his favorite pastime was watching and playing with his grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters Mindy Blades of Dalhart, TX and Susan Tucker and her husband Billy of Canon City, CO, four grandchildren: Samantha Blades, Jessica Blades, Jennifer Schmitt and Nathan Frederick, his siblings: Earl and Marvin Frederick, Doris Jackson and Cindy Bain all of Washington Courthouse, Ohio. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Evelyn, a son Charles Douglas Frederick, Sisters: Betty Taylor, Kitty Higman, Barbara Fitch. Brothers: Bill Frederick and an infant brother.
