Charlene Spillman, 86 died Monday, April 6, 2009 in Amarillo, Texas Memorial Services were held at 10:00 am Friday, April 10, 2009 at Central United Methodist Church. Burial was at 4:00 pm in Westlawn Cemetery in Borger, TX. Officiating was Steve Patterson, Minister of the Central United Methodist Church, Dalhart, TXSurvivors include her Husband: Dudley Spillman of Dalhart, TX, Son: Rodney and his wife Donna Ormon of Sanford, TX, Grandson: Phillip Ormon of Abilene, TX, Two Great-grandsons, Xan Ormon of Abilene, TX, and James Ormon of Sanford, TX and her dog Sady of Dalhart.Preceded in death by her Parents, first husband Kenneth Ormon, second husband, E. B. Wadkins, great-granddaughter Andrea Leigh Ann Ormonand her dog Shady.Charlene McNeeley was born February 2, 1923 in Channing, Texas to Mac and Rosa (Perkins) McNeeley. Raised in the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandle where her dad was a Methodist Preacher traveling in a horse and buggy. Charlene came to Dalhart in 1950, she worked for Dallam County Motor Company until she left Dalhart in 1954. In 1982 she returned to Dalhart.
