Carol Joyce Sechrist, age 67, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, June 17, 2016 in Dalhart Texas.Carol Joyce Delp was born in Lincoln, NE on July 15, 1948 to Ervin Robert & Arlene G. (Dunham) Delp. She grew up in Bennet, Nebraska and graduated from Palmyra High School. Carol Sechrist was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer VanButsel of Seward, NE; mother Arlene Delp of Dalhart; 2 sisters Linda Holfield of Dalhart, Gwen Whitehurst of Dalhart and 3 grandchildren Sethea, Ariel & Jacob Spiedel of Seward, NE. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Preston Paul Sechrist, her father and her brother, Greggory A. Delp.
