Raef, Pastor St. Anthonys Catholic Church - Dalhart, Texas.Bruce Wayne Gillispie was born October 17, 1952 in Amarillo, TX to Norman and Ann (Richards) Gillispie. Raised in Borger he graduated for Borger High School and attended West Texas State University. Mr. Gillispie worked for Phillips Petroleum for many years and moved to Dalhart in 1994. Bruce started work for the Dalhart TDCJ as a correctional officer, where he is still employed. Co-workers lovingly called him PaPa G. He will be lovingly remembered as a wonderful and loving husband, dad and friend.He is survived by his wife Jamie Gillispie of Dalhart, TX one daughter Janet and her husband Tyler Randolph of Canyon, TX step-daughter - Mary Spencer Rumley of Dalhart, TX a brother David and his wife Debbie Gillispie of Amarillo, TX 2 nephews- Scott Gillispie of Lubbock, TX and Kevin Gillispie of Amarillo, TX Preceded in death by his parents.Memorials may be made to: St. Anthonys Catholic School - 411 Texas Blvd. Dalhart, TX 79022
