Bonnie L. Woods, 86, died Saturday, October 15, 2011 in Amarillo, Texas Services were held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church, Dalhart, Texas. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home, Dalhart, TX Officiants were - Rusty Hancock, Pastor, Lincoln Street Baptist Church, Dalhart, TX and Kurtis Abla, Student Minister at First Baptist Church, Dalhart, TX Bonnie L. Woods Video Bonnie L. Presley was born September 27, 1925 to Harvey and Molly (Long) Presley in Bunker Hill, Dallam County, Texas. Bonnie grew up and graduated from High School there. She attended Beauty School in Abilene and was a beautician most of her life. Bonnie married Eugene F. (Hap) Woods in the mid forties in Dalhart, TX and they made their home here. Hap died in 1977. In 1998 Bonnie retired and moved to Amarillo, TX. She is survived by her sons Tim Woods and wife Renee of Amarillo, TX and Nelse Woods and his wife Sharon of Grapevine, TX. 3 grandchildren; Ethan Woods, Elise Ward and Christina Dorsey. 3 great-grandchildren; Jakobi Ward, Nicholas Dorsey and Jonah Dorsey. And numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
