Services are under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home Dalhart,.He is survived by his Father: Bill and his wife Edna Keel of Dalhart, TX Brothers: Greg and his wife Rhonda Keel of Amarillo, TX -& Jeff and his wife Shannon Keel of Edgewater, FL. A niece Kelsea Keel of Amarillo, TX and a Nephew: Justin Hylton and his wife Erika. of Fort Worth, TX and a great niece Avery Hylton of Fort Worth, TX - Aunts: Anita Brace, Jan Boatman, and Evelyn Merrill all of Dalhart, TX and Betty Stephens of Hobbs, NM Uncles: Preston Keel of Mountain View, AR and Albert Waller of Shawnee, OK as well as Numerous cousins: Preceded in death by his mother Shirley KeelBilly Allen Keel was born on September 12, 1958 in Dalhart, TX to Billy L. and Shirley C. (Turner) Keel. Raised in Dalhart Billy graduated from Dalhart High school in 1977 and then attended West Texas State University where he received his BA. He was district manager for Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc. in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ before moving to Florida in 2004 to become Territorial Manager for the Keebler Company in Sarasota, FL. Billys work ethic kept him very busy but he was still an Avid Golfer
