Beverly Priss Shepherd Age: 69 Died Sunday, January 30, 2005 in Channing, Texas Services were held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at the Church of Christ in Dalhart, Texas - Burial will follow at 4:30 pm in Channing Cemetery - Channing, TX - Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart. Officiating was Chester Kimber & Lynn Clay Beverly Ruth Priss ONeal was born November 5, 1935 on the Mel Davis Ranch in Gray County to James LeRoy & Bernice Lee (Andis) ONeal. She attended school in Lefors, TX. Later the family moved to Clarendon, TX where she met and married Richard Clyde Shepherd on September 18, 1954. They moved to Channing for a short while before moving to the McCloy Ranch in the Nara Visa, NM area where they lived and worked for over 34 Years. During that time Priss drove a bus & cooked for the Amistad School. In 1994 they retired and moved back to Channing.
