Betty Headding, 80 Died: Sunday, March 20, 2011 in Dalhart, Texas Services were held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at First Christian Church with Barry Walker, Pastor officiating burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. Under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home Dalhart, Texas Survivors include her 5 sons: Gary & his wife Carol Headding of Amarillo, TX Doug & his wife Ellen Headding of Colorado Springs, CO Galen & his wife Bonnie Headding of Dumas, TX - Jeff & his wife Teresa Headding of Dalhart, TX and Mike & his wife Nelisa Headding of Lawton, OK 1 Daughter: Debbie & her husband Jessie Ray of Westminster, CO 17 grandchildren 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren 7 brothers James Ragle of Arvin, CA, Donald, Danny, Leonard, Connor, Greg and Ricky Ragle all of Bakersfield, CA Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill, 1 son, 1 brother and 2 sisters. Betty Lou Ragle was born November 19, 1930 in Magness, AR to James and Ora (McDonald) Ragle. Betty grew up in Magness and moved to Hartman, Co as a teenager and graduated from high school in 1948. Betty Ragle and Bill Headding were married June 18, 1949 in Lamar, CO. and lived in Holly, CO until 1964. They moved to Dalhart in 1964. Betty not only did childcare in her home, she sewed for her children, and for many others as well. She will live on in the hearts of her friends and family and will be fondly remembered by everyone as a loving friend, mother, grandmother, she was a member of the First Christian Church.
