Belia was raised in Rocksprings and married Federico Ruiz on April 21, 1959. They moved to Dalhart in 1983. Belia was a homemaker and an active member of the Primera Iglesia Bautista. She is survived by her husband Fred Ruiz of Dalhart, TX 3 sons, Albino Ruiz and Daniel Joseph Ruiz of Dalhart and Freddy Ruiz of Woodsville, TX and 1 daughter, Elizabeth Capps of Los Fresnos, TX 3 sisters, Mary Ramos and Elisa Garcia of Dalhart, TX & Marisela Gonzales of Booker, TX. 3 brothers, Adleberto Gonzales and Richard Gonzales of Booker, TX and Leandro Gonzales of Dalhart, TX 11 Grandchildren and 10 great - grandchildren Belia is preceded in death by a son, Danny Ruiz and a sister, Sylvia Aguirre and her parents.
