Art married Janie Rodriguez on September 7, 1968 in Dimmitt, TX, they moved to Dalhart in 1977. Mr. Moreno worked on Farms and drove a truck for many years. He was a member of Hillside Church and enjoyed family, friends, camping and driving around. Survivors include his wife Janie Moreno of Dalhart, TX , daughters Janel Beecher, Melinda Moreno, and Margaret Balderrama, and sons Gilbert, Mario, and Kevin Moreno all of Dalhart, TX. 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren 7 brothers Louis, Danny, and Juan Moreno of Dalhart, TX, Severo and Tony Moreno of Lubbock, TX, Joe Moreno of Amarillo, TX, and Paul Moreno of Runge, TX 4 sisters Rosa Garcia of Dumas, TX, Angie Perez of Hereford, TX, Yolanda Guel of Lubbock, TX and Josie Perez of Muleshoe, TX.
