Arlene Adams, 71, died Sunday, May 13, 2012 in Dalhart, TexasA Memorial Service was held at 5:00 pm on Friday, May 18, 2012 at Lincoln St. Baptist Church in Dalhart with Rusty Hancock, Pastor officiated.Arlene Marie Harsh was born March 11, 1941 in Seibert, Colorado, she was raised in Big Bow, Kansas and on December 5, 1959 she married Floyd Adams. They moved to Dalhart in the late sixties. Arlene worked in the nursing profession for over 30 years. Her love for her family was felt by every generation from her husband to her great-grandchildren. Arlene is survived by her husband, Floyd of Dalhart, TX her parents Robert and Louise Harsh, her daughters Teresa and her husband Bill Valdez, Rose and her husband Bobby Beasley, Nellie Adams all of Dalhart, and Nina Adams of Amarillo. Sons Claude and his wife Connie Adams of Dumas, Charley and his wife Diane Adams of Amarillo, and Victor and his wife Marie McFaddin, and 2 sisters Neva Mullins of Orlando, FL and Nora and her husband John Boerner of Montesano, WA. 24 Grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren Her adopted brothers - Jimmey, Terry and Kevin Harsh.her adopted sisters - Doris Chisholm, Sharon Orose and Pam Williams.
