Robert L. Spielman

Graveside service for Robert Spielman will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart, Texas with Barry Walker. Arrangements are under the personal care of Dalhart Funeral Home.

Robert Spielman was born to Kenneth and Araline Spielman on September 12 1956, in Seneca, Kansas, and grew up in Muscotah, Kansas. A hardworking farmer and rancher, Robert dedicated much of his life to his work and the animals he raised and cared for. His connection to the land and the animals was an important part of his life, and he had a particularly special place in his heart for his beloved dog, Snauzy, whom he absolutely adored.

Robert is survived by his wife, Sandy Gordon; his son, Ryan Spielman and wife Stefany Spielman; his grandchildren, Conner Spielman, Destiny and Khloe Mariscal, Hayden and Hunter Gordon; Step Children Robert Gordon and wife Adrien Gordon and Stacey Mariscal; his mother, Araline Spielman; and his brothers, Kent, Kevin, and Gary Spielman. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Spielman.

His passing leaves a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and all who knew him.
